【摘要】 本文观察了22例急性白血病(10例急淋;12例急非淋)血清氨基酸测定的结果并与10例正常人作对照。结果如下:急淋组血清丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸显著高于正常组,P<0.05—0.01。急非淋组丝氯酸、甘氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸苯丙氨酸、鸟氨酸及精氨酸比正常组显著增加,P<0.05—0.01。这些发现表明急性白血病患者存在明显的氨基酸代谢异常。现将有关它的可能机制及临床意义作一简要讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presented the results of determination of the serum amino acid in 22 Patients With acute leukemia. The results were as follows: The Patients with ALL Showed significat increase in serine, glutamie acid, glycine, isoleneine, leucine, and phenylalanine than those of 10 normal persons. The serum serine, glycine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, ornithine ane arginine in ANLL were significant higher than thoae of normals. This finding indicated that the disturbance of amino acid metabolism in the patients with acute leukemia. Its possible mechanism and clinical significance was discussed.更多还原
