【摘要】 本文应用免疫化学法就正常新生儿的血浆结合珠蛋白(Hp)进行了定量测定,并分别与儿童、成人作了比较.结果发现,新生儿的Hp含量8.12±7.33(g/L),男女两性间无差别.与儿童、成人比较结果表明,三组中成人Hp含量最高,新生儿最低.正常儿童血浆Hp含量约为成人血浆HP的77％,而正常新生儿血浆Hp含量显著低于儿童及成人,分别占55％和42％.更多还原

【Abstract】 The plasma hoploglobin(Hp) level in normol newborn infant in Shanghai area was determined witw the immunochemistry assay. The resulfs indicated that the plasma Hp level in newborn in 8.12卤7.13gm/L, without any difference between male and female. We found that Hp level in adult is the highest,while the Hp level in newborn is the lowest.Whereas the plasme HP level in children is about 77% of that in adult, and the plasma Hp level in newborn is significantly lower than that of children and adult.
