【摘要】 本文报告了13例特发性甲状旁腺机能减退症(甲旁减)的临床及实验室资料并加以分析。结果表明,原发性甲旁减有时以癫痫为主要临床表现。因此对有癫痫表现的病例应注意勿将甲旁减误诊为原发性癫痫,必要时应及时作血清钙等甲状旁腺功能检查。对应用大量钙剂仍不能控制抽搐发作者应考虑低血镁,及时查血镁或试用镁剂治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports clinical and laboratory data on 13 patienis with primary hypoparathyroidism. We found that sometimes some with primary hypoparath- yroidism were characterized by epilepsia and it was easy to misdiagnose these patients as epilepsia, thereby suggesting that more atteniton should be paid to the patients. If necessary, serum calicium and parathyroid function test should be made. For those who fail to respond to the treatment with excessive calicium, serum magnesium level should be measured or the therapy with mag- nesium should be tried.更多还原
