【摘要】 本文初步观察10组病例应用放射免疫分析尿中TXB₂和6-Keto-PGF_1α浓度变化,在临床疾病中的意义。结果表明,正常人对照组测定浓度TXB₂为191.9±23.6pg/min,6-keto—PGF_1α为为511.0±82.6pg/min（X±SEn=14）。尿毒症患者尿中TXB₂为45.5±8.5pg/min,6-Keto-PGF_1α39.8±16.1pg/min（X±SEn=12）。与对照组统计学分析比较相差非常显著P<0.01。其余各组尿中TXB₂测值较对照组有不同幅度升高,统计学分析相差显著P<0.05或相差非常显著P<0.01。6-Keto-PGF_1α测值随病情程度或不同疾病其变化不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, Preliminary study changes significance of radioimmunoassay of urinary TXB₂ and 6-keto-PGF_1a in the 10 groups case.
