【摘要】 本文从临床、病理、电子显微镜乃至分子生物学多方面对肝癌二期切除前期治疗的有效性、可行性、适应证,前期治疗与二期切除间隔时间以及存在问题进行了研究。结果:采用开腹肝固有动脉结扎加化学药物灌注或化学栓塞（LPD）治疗,或经股动脉Seldingers法选择性肝动脉LPD治疗,均可使部分中晚期肝癌症状和客观指标明显改善,肿瘤缩小或局限而达到二期切除的目标。证实了本前期治疗方法的有效性和二期切除的可行性。其适应证应为单纯型、硬化型Ⅱ期,T_3-4NoMo,块状和巨块型,Child肝功能A级的肝癌。两次手术的间隔时间应以3个月以上为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 The efficacy, practicability, indications, time interval between earlier stage treatment and sec- ondary operation on primary hepatoma have been explored by means of clinic, pathology,electron mi- croscopic technique and molecular biology. The result showed that symptoms and objective criteria in a part of middle--stage and late hepatoma were obviously improved after ligation of proper hepatic artery combiming with chemical drug--infusion and /or embolization （LPD） by laparotomy or Seldinger’s selective hepatic arterial LPD through femoral arterial puncture. The cancer became re- duced or localized. The efficacy of earlier stage treatment and practicability of secondary resection were proved. The indications should be simple hepatoma, cirrhotic type stage II T_3--4N₀M₀, tumerous and massive type,and A--grade liver function of Child’s. The time interval between two operations over 3 months would be preferable.更多还原
