【摘要】 本文采用中南地区成年尸体197具,其中男性121具、女性76具。共394侧。观察项目有:(1)坐骨神经与梨状肌的位置关系,包括正常型和变异型;(2)左、右侧坐骨神经对称型和不对称型;(3)坐骨神经出盆的分支高度等。发现:国内正常型各大区间存在明显差别,但侧别上差异不显著;变异型有110例,占总数27.66±2.25％,其中又以Ⅱ型为主,共99例,占变异型的90±2.86％。在正常型和变异型两方面中国人和日本人非常接近,但和欧美人比较均存在非常明显的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 This Paper reports three hundred and ninety fout Sides of 197 adult cadavers collected from the South-central part of China. Of the cadavers, 121 are male and 76 female. The items observed were: 1)Relation of the sciatic nerve to Piriformis muscle(normal and aberrant); 2 )Symmetrical and asym- metrical types of the sciatic nerve;3)The site of branching of the sciatic nerve after it Passed through the Pelvis. It was known that the normal type bore Significant difference among various regions in our country. In this study aberrant types were found in 110 cases (27.66±2.25% of the total).among which type II was in great majority (99 cases, 90±2.86%) of the aberrant type.
