【摘要】 报告氟哌啶醇癸酸脂治疗精神分裂症男性病人81例,近期疗效达69.14％。每次剂量50～200mg,每月肌肉注射1次或2次,疗程不短于2个月。92.86％的有效病例月平均剂量低于150mg。治疗两个月内症状改善者占78.68％。认为氟哌啶醇癸酸脂适用于各种各样的精神病,特别是慢性精神分裂症的维持治疗。对此药的疗效和副作用与氟奋乃静癸酸脂和五氟利多做了比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighty one male patients with schizophrenia were treated with haldo decanoas,HALD,and had an efficacious cure rate of 69.14%. The dose ranged from 50 mg to 200mg (IM) once or twice every month. The course of treatment was over two months. The average dose of 92.86% effective cases. was under 150 mg every month. 78.68% cases showed improvement in two months. It is believed that HALD can be used in various psychoses, particularly for maintenance treatment in chronic schizophre- nia.
