肾肿瘤B超造影和CT检查比较——(附31例报告)
Examination of Kidney Neoplasms by B-mode Ultrasonograghy, Pyelography and CT (A report of 31 cases)
【摘要】 31例经手术病理证实为肾肿瘤患者,术前CT检查9例均确诊;B超检查28例有17例确诊,11例误诊;造影检查27例中确诊12例,10例可疑,5例误诊。并就其三种检查特点和诊断准确性进行了初步比较。
【Abstract】 Thirty one cases with kidney neoplasms confirmed by operation and biopsy are reported in this paper, Among them, 9 cases were examined by CT ane all proved correct. Of 28 cases examined with B--mode ultrasonography, 17 cases were correct, and 11 misdiagnosed. 27 cases were examined with pyelography. 12 of them were correct, 10 were dubious and 5 were misdiagnosed. The characteris- tics and accuracy of the three diagnostic measures were compared preliminarily.
