【摘要】 文章结合长江水系航运的特点和信息工作的实际,在调查、分析长江航运对经济信息需求的基础上,提出了建设长江水系航运经济信息系统(简称 CSEIS)的构想。并就 CSEIS 的目标、功能、范围、体制、层次、布局等,设计了系统的逻辑结构。文章的结尾在论述开发策略的同时,提出了 CSEIS 建设的近期计划和中、远期设想。更多还原
