碳酸化分解氢氧化铝中SiO2含量影响因素的模式识别
FACTORS AFFECTING SILICA CONTENT OF ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE PRODUCT IN CARBONIZATION PROCESS
【摘要】 采用模式识别与回归相结合的方法总结碳酸化分解生产数据的规律,得到了描述氢氧化铝产品SiO2含量的数学模型表明在溶液Al/Si不变的条件下,溶液中Al2O3浓度高时氢氧化铝产品合SiO2低,这一规律经小型实验得到了验证。
【Abstract】 The regularity of carbonization process for alumina production has been summa-rized by the pattern recognition and regression. A mathematical model has been proposed todescEribe the factors affecting the silica content of aluminium hydroxide product. The high con-ecranttion of aluminate ion in solution will prodoce aluminuium hydroxide with low content ofSiO2 under the condition of Al2O3/SiO2 ratio kept unchanged. This was confirmed by the auth-ors′certain scale experiments.KEY
