非晶态Ti-Pd合金的制备与物理性质
PREPARATION AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF AMORPHOUS Ti-Pd ALLOYS
【摘要】 使用溅射沉积方法在液氮冷却基板上获得了较宽组分范围的非晶态Ti1-xPdx合金(0.25<x<0.6)。分析指出,非晶态Ti-Pd合金的形成与平衡状态图上存在的金属间化合物有关。DSC测量表明,这些非晶态Ti-Pd合金在700K附近开始发生晶化。用Miedema和Buschow提出的模型解释了晶化温度对合金成分的不敏感性。在4.2—270K温区里,非晶态Ti-Pd合金的电阻率随温度升高而单调下降。
【Abstract】 The amorphous alloys with wider stoichiometrical composition, Ti1-xPdx (0.25<x<0.6), have been prepared by technique of sputtering deposition on the liquid nitrogen cooledsubstrate. The formation of these amorphous phases are related to the topologically close packedintermetallic compounds in their equilibrium phase diagram. These amorphous Ti-Pd alloyswere identified by differential scanning calorimatry that the crystallization will begin at about700K. The insensitive temperature dependence on composition of the alloys was explained by amodel of Miedema and Buschow’s proposal. The electric resistivity of the amorphous Ti-Pdalloy in the range from 4.2 to 270K decreases monotonously with the increase of temperature.
