5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl钢的离子轰击热处理
Ion-Bombardment Heat Treating for 5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAI Steel
【摘要】 介绍了5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl(代号012Al)基体钢离子渗氮的试验结果。为了比较,还介绍了经离子软氮化、离子硫氮碳共渗及离子渗氮+氩离子轰击复合处理后,012Al钢的组织和性能。从耐磨及抗咬合性能来看,以离子硫氮碳共渗为最好,离子渗氮+氩离于轰击的次之。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the experimental results of ionitridingfor 5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl steel.For comparison,the ion nitro-carburizing,ion sul-fo-nitro-carburizing and compound treating of ionitrided followed by argonion-bombardment treatment are carried out and their structure and propertiesare also compared.According to the wear-resistance and anti-seizing property,the ion sulfo-nitro-carburzing treatment for the steel is the best,the com-pound treaing of ionitrided and argon ion-bombardment treatment is thesecond.
