双层辉光离子镍铬共渗最佳工艺参数的研究
A STUDY ON THE OPTIMUM PROCESS PARAMETRS OF DOUBLE GLOW PLASMA NICKEL-CHROMIZING
【摘要】 本文采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术进行了普通碳钢的镍铬共渗研究。选择源极电压,工作气压,阴极电压,极间距等工艺参数为因子进行了正交试验。以高合金浓度及大的渗层厚度为目标,确定了最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,放电条件不同时,表面浓度及渗层厚度在相当大的范围内变化。进行工艺优化不仅能保证渗层质量,而且能显著提高合金元素的利用率。
【Abstract】 The double glow discharging surface alloying process was used to carry outthe cementation of nickel and chromium into plain steel.Orthogonal test wasused to choose the process parameters such as source electrode voltage,workingpressure,cathode voltage,distance between source electrode and cathode asexperimental factors.To obtain the largest concentration and layer depth,theoptimum process parameters were selected.The experimental results indicatedthat the concentration and the layer depth varied within a considerable ext-ent at different discharge conditions.The optimum parameters of the processcan not only ensure the quality of alloyed layer,but also raise the cementationratio of alloy elements.
