【摘要】 本文对30例(60侧)正常成人脑标本探索内囊前肢毁损术的最佳部位,并对其进行解剖定位。观测结果认为在冠状方向上之最佳部位应选择在距大脑原点向前20-24mm处,其坐标值:20mm处(X=13.70±3.40mm,Z=10.30±2.20mm),该处内囊前肢与Z轴夹角为25°。24mm处(x=14.70±8.80mm,Z=11.40±2.20mm),该处內囊前肢与Z轴夹角为30°。在水平方向上内囊前肢前2/3的最狭窄处位于距离连合间径上方4mm处,其宽度平均为2.6mm。坐标值X=16.50mm,Y=22.90mm,Z=4.00mm。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 60 sides of adult brain specimens, the optimum position of deatrotomy to the anterior, limb of the internal capsule were explored,and its stereolccalization was ascertained.The result of the observation was at follow: on the frontal direction, the optimum position lied 20-24mm in front of the origiral point (the midpoint between the anterior commisure and the post commisure), the coordinate value at 20mm point(X=13.70卤3.4mm,Z=10.30卤 2.20mm), the anterior limb of the internal capsule and Z axis form an anlgle 25掳.At the 24mm point(X=14.70卤 8.80mm’Z=11.40卤2.20mm), the anteror limb of the internal capsule with the Z axis made an angle 30掳.On the horizontal direction the narrowest point in the area of the anterior 2/3 of the anterior limb localized 4mm superior to the AC-PC line.
