人类腰椎活动节段的力学模型

【摘要】 本文采用三维有限元方法建立了腰椎活动节段的力学模型,对正常人站立时腰椎应力分布情况进行分析。模型有388个节点,共组成293个单元,包括椎体、椎间盘、后部结构以及韧带等部分。并将有限元分析与光弹实验比较,结果较为一致。作者认为,本文提出的模型具有一定的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 A mechanical model of lumbar motion segment was developed with threedimensional finite element method to analyse the stress distribution of lumbar spine in upright posture. A total of 388 nodes were used to generate 293 elements in this model consisting of vertebral bodies, intervertebral disc, posterior element and ligaments. The results were compared with that of photoelastic experiment and both of them were proved to be much in correspondence. This model may be employed in clinical investigation.
