【摘要】 采用组织学和扫描电镜的方法,对ASPTV 术后不同时期的大鼠胃粘膜进行观察,结果表明:ASPTV 术后大鼠胃粘膜有轻度炎症发生,但无渐进性加重现象;胃粘膜上皮细胞的超微形态短期内无明显改变,术后2周出现破坏性变化并日趋严重。提示:ASPTV 术后,胃粘膜对攻击因子的侵袭和损害有短朗的抵御作用,随后出现的粘膜破坏性变化可能是攻击因子恢复及粘膜屏障防御力低下双重因素所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the different periods after ASPTV,the methods of histology andSEM were used to observe the Changes of the rat’s gastric mucosa.Results demon-trated that ASPTV caused slight gastritis without progressive augmentation;SEMshowed,however,that 2 weeks after ASPTV the epithelial cells of the gastricmucosa presented damaging changes and gradual deterioration.It is suggested thatASPTV can prevent damage temporarily,and the damaging changes are probablyaused by the recovery of the attacking factors and the decrease of the preventiveability of the gastric mucosal barrier.更多还原
