【摘要】 对称平移凸轮是自定心中心架的关健零件,其廓线形状直接影响中心架的运动特性和定心精度,而针对这种型式的平移凸轮廓线方程在国内外文献中至今未见公开刊登过。本文用解析法推导出平移凸轮在限定条件下的二种实用廓线方程,用此数学模型可直接使用常规计算工具求解廓线各点坐标及编制加工程序,并可进一步探讨中心架参数的各种优化问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The symmetric translating cam is a key part of the auto-centring steady rest. It’s contour-line shap may directly affect the working characteristics and accuracies of the steady rest.In fact,the contour-line formulas have never been published so far in any publications at home and abroad.This article deduceds two practicle con-tour-line formulas of the translating cam under limoted conditions by using analytical method. The optimization of the parameters of steady rest might be studied further by using this mathematical models.By the direct use of normal calculating tools,the coordinates of each point in the contour-line of the cam can be calculated and the machining programs may be pro-grammed.更多还原
