蜗轮齿形误差测量方法的研究
Research on the Measuring Method of Wormwheel Profile Error
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种测量蜗轮齿形误差的测量方法。首先根据空间啮合原理建立起蜗轮齿面方程式,再用计算机算出蜗轮齿形理论测量点的一系列坐标,将其与实际测量点坐标相比较,即可得出齿形误差。文中分析了测头干涉误差的影响,并提出消除它的方法。给出在三坐标测量机上测量蜗轮齿形误差的一个实例。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a method of measuring the error of wormwheel profile. First, in accordance with mesh theory, the equation of wormwheel profile is established. Then, the coordinates of theoretical profile of wormwheel are calculated by means of a microcomputer. Comparing the coordinates of theoretical profile with those of actual profile, the error of wormwheel may be obtained. This paper analyses the influence of prober interfere error, and poses the method for eliminating it. An example for the measurement of wormwheel profile error by means of a three-coordinate measuring machine is given.
