【摘要】 自蒿属植物万年蒿（Artemisia sacrorum Leden.）地上部分分得三个倍半萜内酯类化合物,经理化常数测定,化学相关及光谱(红外光谱,¹H—核磁共振光谱,¹³C—核磁共振光谱,质谱)分析,鉴定其结构分别为万年蒿氯内酯（Ⅷ）,去乙酰氧母菊内酯（Ⅸ）,Ridentin（Ⅹ）。其中,万年蒿氯内酯为一未见报道的新化合物,命名为Chlorosacroratin。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new susquiterpene（Ⅷ）,stereo isomer chloroklotzchin, was isolated from A.sacrorum Ledeb.,together with two known compound,deacetoxymatricarin and ridentin.The structures of（Ⅷ）was deduced by means of physico—chemicol properties and comparison of sepectrosc opicdata (UV,IR,¹H—NMR,¹³C—NMR,MS) with that of chloroklotzh chin as its stereo isomer named chlorosacroratin.更多还原
