铁铬合金中两相分离析出机理的研究
Study on Precipitation Mechanism of Two-Phase Precipitation in Fe-Cr Alloy
【摘要】 本研究利用含铬19.4%、29.9%和40.7%的铁铬合金,考察伴随时效所发生的弹性模数和矫顽力的变化以及外部磁场对它的影响,用来研究在铁铬合金固溶体中的两相分离析出机理。 弹性模数是随时效时间的指数函数增加,相比之下矫顽力的增加是迟缓的。若有外部磁场,这些变化被抑制,便间接确认在Fe-Cr合金中的调幅分解。
【Abstract】 This study deals with the Precipitation mechanism of the Two-phase precipitation and this is done by using Fe-Cr19. 4% alloy. Fe-Cr 29. 9% alloy and Fe-Cr 40. 7% alloy to examine the elastic stiffness along with ageing the change of coercive force and the effect of external magnetic field. Elastic stiffness increases with exponential function at ageing time while the increase of coercive force comparatively slow. These changes are hindered if there is an external magnetic field and thus spinodal decomposition of Fe-Cr alloy is to be proved indirectly.
