骨髓肌纤维分型的组织化学的特微研究及其应用

【摘要】 肌纤维分型的研究一直是许多学者研究的热题。但是国内学者由于出自不同的目的和受某种条件、设备的限制,分型方法不尽一致。本文在总结国内外许多学者试验的基础上采用肌球蛋白ATP酶对正常大鼠股四头肌进行了分型,在pH4.65预孵育后,可见大鼠股四头肌由Ⅰ型、ⅡA和ⅡB型三种纤维构成,通过对相邻组织切片的染色及应用MPV2型显微分光光度计,对每根肌纤维进行了定量测定。并对各类型纤维的三种成份ATP、SDH、LDH的分布以及分型在运动中作用进行了概述。

【Abstract】 The research of skeleton muscle fiber resolution is always a topic that the domestic and foreign scholars keep doing. The means of resolution is rather different, because the domestic scholars keep study it with different purpose, under different research condition and the limitation of the researc’ equipments. Hence, based on the experiments made by domestic and foreign’ scholars, we id resolution with normal Rattu’s musculus vastus, using myosin ATPase. Pre-in-cubated by p 14. 65, it can been seen that Rattu’s musculus vastus consists of Ⅰ-type, ⅡA and Ⅱ B-type thpce kinds of fiber. Quantitative analysis can be done by the adjacent tissus’s slice being dyed and with the help of MPV2-model microspectrophoto metric. It has also been summarized that the.distribution of the three ATP SDH LDH components and the resolution’s effect on the ki-nesiology.
