【Abstract】 In terms of the average height of Chinese characters on road signs and its visual distance, this paper deduced the minimum permitted distance of driver’s moving sight to meet the required stopping distance for vehicle-driving. By theory of probability, more than 1000 drivers were checked for their moving sight to prove that the average decrease of Groups of Accidents around 45 percent while the average decrease of Groups of Non-accidents around 39 percent can be reached. So it can be concluded that the attenuation of driver’s moving sight is one of the most important factors cause fraffic accidents.更多还原
