卤化物掺杂对Y-Ba-Cu-O超导体性能的影响

【摘要】 <正> 我们分别用BaF2,BaCl2及YF3来部分取代BaCO3及Y2O3,制备出一系列含卤族元素的超导体。并用调整F(Cl)的含量的方法,探求了与超导机制相关的信息;对掺F高TC超导体的TC变化现象作了检证。 报导了氯化物掺杂对YBa2CU3O7-δ超导电性影响的初步研究结果。

【Abstract】 In this study, by partly replacing BaCO3 and Y2O3 with BaF2, BaCl2 and YF3 respectively,a series of samples were synthesized. The R-T, M-T curves and X-ray diffraction patterns of the samples were measured. From experiments, it was found that a small amount of dopant has little effect on Tce, but makes the M-H curves changed. When the amount of dopant is increased, the superconductivity of samples disappeared. The effect of doping with Chloride on the superconductivity of Y-Ba-Cu-O is reported.
