改善横流CO2激光器放电均匀性的实验研究
Improvement of discharge uniformity in a transverse-flow CO2 laser
【摘要】 本文研究了横流CO2激光器中阴极管的冷却水温对激光器输出功率的影响,指出提高阴极温度有利于改善放电均匀性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 The influence of water temperature in a cathode tube on the output power of transverse flow CO2 laser is investigated. It has been shown that the increasing temperature of the cathode is advantageous to improve the discharge uniformity and stability.
