【摘要】 本文描述了一台实用型的5kW级CW CO2激光器。讨论了有关技术参数和特性,以及进一步提高技术性能的途径。

【Abstract】 A practical 5 kW level CW CO2 laser is described. The related technological parameters and features are discussed and the approaches to improve its performances are suggested.
