【Abstract】 The UV emission spectrum of XeOH exeimer excited by fast discharge in mixture of He, Xe and water vapor is reported. A structureless band of 6nm bandwidth (FWHM)has the centre at 235nm. Intensity dependene on the total pressure, H2O partial pressure, Xe partial pressure and discharge voltage were shown.更多还原
