【摘要】 <正> 消光比是标志偏光器件性能的主要参数之一,也是表征许多光学材料性质的重要指标。因此对消光比的精确测量一直是人们非常关心的问题,也是科研和生产中亟待解决的一个课题。而高消光比的测量更是急需解决的关键问题之一。虽然,过去人们曾在这方面做过一些工作,但由于起偏系统和测试方法等的限制,很难保证其测量精度和灵敏度,并且无法给出单只偏光器件的这一参数。本文给出了一种测量高消光比的有效方法。并建立了相应的测试系统,其消光比的测量优于10^-9,能较好地满足科研和生产的需要。更多还原
