高功率内腔式金属平板波导CO2激光器的研究
A high-power intracavity CO2 laser polarized by a metallic planar waveguide
【摘要】 本文应用金属波导摄动理论,获得金属平板波导模损耗系数,从而证实:无论激光放电管是波导管还是开腔管,总能在腔内放入合适的金属平板波导,获得线偏振CO2激光输出。 对激活长度790mm,内径8mm的激光器,获得偏振度优于96%,功率大于30W的基模CO2激光。
【Abstract】 Applying perturbation theory,the modes losi in a metallic planar waveguide is given, and the conclusion is inevitably introduced. It was provad that the modes-either tha waveguide modes or the confocal resonator modes-can be polarized by an advisable metallic planar waveguide.with the diameter 8mm and the gain length 790 mm, the CO2 laser hits 36% polarization, 30 watts single-mode output.
