【Abstract】 Each element parameters of the match network in standing-wave acou-sto-optic modulater are analyzed and calculated. The elements have been designed and made based on the calculation.Diffraction efficiency of the modulator has been raised. The results obtained are satisfied. We have also used the modulator to an Ar+ laser, and mode-lecked operation has been realized.更多还原
