磨削金属镍时砂带磨损的试验研究

【摘要】 探讨了磨削金属镍时砂带的磨损机理,分析了不同种类砂带在不同磨损阶段的磨损形式。指出:在初期磨损阶段,砂带磨损形式主要是磨粒脱落与破裂;在稳定磨损阶段,砂带主要磨损形式是磨粒破碎与磨损。文中还提出了延长砂带使用寿命的几种方法。

【Abstract】 The wear mechanism of grindingi belt in grinding nickel is studied. Different wear patterns of various kinds of belt in each wear stage are experimentally analysed. The results show that during the primary wear stage the wear pattern consists mainly of grain breaking and cracking, while during the steady wear stage it consists mainly of grain fracture and abrasion. Some techniques for improving the belt working life are proposed in the paper.
