提高荧光光谱系统红外区测量灵敏度的方法

【摘要】 由于在红外区尚无高灵敏度的探测器,使该波段的荧光光谱系统的灵敏度和分辨率仍处于较低水平。本文报道了为克服探测器灵敏度的限制,我们从实验工作中总结出较为主要的几条提高系统灵敏度的措施,使系统性能有明显提高。

【Abstract】 The improvement of sensitivity and resolution in the infrared fluorescence measurement system is limited by the difficulty of obtaining the detectors with high enough sensitivity at infrared wavelength range up to date. Some principle methods were proposed in this paper to eliminate the restriction brought by the low sensitivity of detectors. The performance of ou rhome made fluorescence measurement equipment is obviously improved by using these methods.
