【摘要】 本文对糖代谢控制一般的Ⅰ型糖尿病(胰岛素依赖型)病人及糖代谢控制较好的Ⅱ型糖尿病(非胰岛素依赖型)病人进行血液流变学多指标测定。结果显示,上述二类糖尿病病人血浆粘度均升高,红细胞及血小板聚集能力均增强,因而较易引起心血管并发症。Ⅱ型糖尿病病人较Ⅰ型糖尿病病人并发心血管疾病的危险性更大。对Ⅱ型糖尿病病人又继续进行三个月达美康服药治疗,对各项血液流变学指标无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sugar metabolism of insulin-dependent (type Ⅰ ) and insulin-independent (type Ⅱ) diabetes mellitus(D.M.)were controlled on the general and better level respectively. The hemorheological values of these D.M.were measured. The results indicated that the plasma viscosity,aggregation of erythrocytes and plateles of both D.M.-were all increased.These changes may cause complications in vascular diseases and the risk of typeⅡD.M. is higher than that of type I . The hemorheological values in the type Ⅱ D.M. were then measured after being treated with Diamicron for three monthes, but no significant difference , compared the values before being treated, was found.Therefore, we hold that traditional chinese herbs may be better to improve the hemorheological properties of D.M.更多还原
