维生素B1、B6对高频音引起小鼠肝糖原含量变化的影响

【摘要】 小鼠纯音暴露(3kHz,115dB)60min时,肝糖原含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),事先腹腔注入Vit B1、B6肝糖原含量显著低于单纯接受纯音组(均为P<0.01),而与对照组无差异。说明单纯纯音可使小鼠肝糖含量升高;Vit B1、B6均有明显对抗纯音所致的肝糖原含量升高作用。

【Abstract】 In this experiment the changes of content of glycogen in liver of mice (CGLM) which exposed to shortterm pure tone were observed, pure tone parameters: Frequence, 3kHz; Sound level, 115 dB (A) ; Duration, 1 , 15, and 60 min. The mice were randomly divided into four groups. Group 1 was used as the blank control. Group 2 was used as the pure tone control only. Group 3 was added vitamin B! with pure tone. Group 4 was added vitamin B6 with pure tone.The results showed that when the mice exposed to 60 min, CGLM in group 2 increased very significantly in comparison with that of group 1 (P <0.01). CGLM in groups 3 and 4 did not show significantly difference when compared with that of group 1, but when compared with that of group 2, they decreased very significantly (P<0.01) .The results suggested that vitanin B1 and B8 have all the function of regression of increased CGLM caused by pure tone. It may be useful in study of anti pure tone drugs.In this paper the results have been discussed.
