多元系蒸馏中Murphree点效率奇异性及其与浓度分布极值的关系

【摘要】 本文基于Krishna给出的多元蒸馏板效率模型,探讨了多元系蒸馏中多于一个组分的Murphree点效率同时出现奇异性的可能性以及浓度分布极值与效率奇异性之间的关系。在一直径30mm带有多个取样口的Oldershaw塔内,用乙醇-氯仿-正已烷三元系验证了上述奇异性及浓度分布极值的存在,实验所得与浓度分布极值相对应的效率变化趋势与理论分析结果是一致的。

【Abstract】 Based on the Murphree point efficiency model for multicomponent distillation developed by Krishna et al., the possibility of the bizarre behaviour appearing simultaneously for more than one component Murphree point efficieneies and the relationship between the extreme value of axial concentration profile and the bizarre behaviour are analyzed. In a 30mm ID Oldershaw column with multiple sampling points, ethanol-chloroform-n-hexane ternary system is used to verify the existance of the bizarre behaviour and the extreme value of concentration profile, the results show that the variation tendency of the efficiency corresponding the extreme points of the concentration profile, is in agreement with that predicted theoretically.
