搅拌槽内无分散剂体系液-液湍流分散的机理和模型
MECHANISMS AND MODELS OF LIQUID-LIQUID TURBULENT DISPERSIONS IN NON-SURFACTANT SYSTEMS IN AGITATED VESSELS
【摘要】 本文在综述湍流特性和深刻理解前人所观察到的液滴分裂、合并现象的基础上,全面系统地对无分散剂体系液-液湍流分散机理进行总结归纳和分类命名,并推导了相应的理论模型。为发展有分散剂体系的理论打下基础,也为工业过程控制液滴大小及其分布提供依据。
【Abstract】 Having reviewed the characteristics of turbulence and deeply understood the phenomena of drop breakage and coalescence observed by the previous reporters, this paper systematically classifies and specifies the mechanisms of liquid-liquid turbulent dispersions in non-surfactant systems, and derives the corresponding theoretical models, The models can be consulted for developing the theories of liquid-liquid turbulent dispersions in surfactant systems and for controling the drop sizes and its distributions in industrial processes.
