植酸和植酸中无机磷的测定

【摘要】 本文讨论了用极■测定植酸和植酸中无机磷的方法。该方法不需要分离,直接测定植酸中的无机磷,测定结果令人满意,回收率高于98%。

【Abstract】 A method is deseribed for the determination of phytic acid and Inorganic phosphorus in phytic acid by polarography. The procedure is applied to direct determination of phytic adid and inorganic phosphorus in phytic acid. The percentage of recovery rate is 98%.
