诱导光敏感核不育水稻两个光周期反应的临界光强
THE CRITICAL LIGHT INTENSITIES INDUCING TWO PHOTO PERIODIC REACTIONS IN HPGMR
【摘要】 通过人工调节光照时间、光照强度等方法,在不同自然温度下对典型光敏感核不育水稻农垦58S两个光周期反应所需的临界光强以及间断暗期对延迟幼穗分化的作用进行了深入研究。初步发现诱导第一光周期反应的临界光强在较大的温度范围内为一常数,而诱导育性转变所需的临界光强则与温度有明显的互补关系。在中断暗期的时间和光强两因子中,闪光时间对延迟幼穗分化的作用更大。
【Abstract】 There are two photoperiodic reactions in HPGMR. In the first reaction, the lightintensity above 30 lx may delay panicle initiation, and this value is a constant whentemperature is from 25℃ to 30℃. If the long dark period is interrupted by lightabove 30 lx for 10 minutes, the panicle initiation may be delayed. Between time andlight intensity used to interrupt the dark period, the former is more crucial. Thecritical light intensity inducing the fertility changes of HPGMR is correlated with temp-erature. At higher temperature(daily mean temperature about 28℃), the critical valueis about 100 lx. At lower temperature(about 24℃), it is more than 100 lx. Thehigher the temperature, the smaller is the critical light intensity.
