大型水轮机推力轴承支架结构优化设计
Optimal Construction Design of Thrust Bearing Support in Large Hydraulic Turbines
【摘要】 本文通过对大型水轮机推力轴承支架结构特点的分析,提出了大型水轮机推力轴承支架结构优化设计的数学模型.这是一个有尺寸、应力及位移约束的结构优化问题.本文采用复合形法迭代求解,采用自编的推力轴承支架的结构分析和优化设计的程序系统进行计算,得出最优解.
【Abstract】 Presented in this paper is a mathematical model for optimal construction design of the thrust bearing support in a large hydraulic turbine. It is a problem with dimensions, stress as well as displacement constraints. The pseudo-element stiffness matrices satisfying the periodical symmetrical boundary conditions and rigid boundary conditions are derived and the formulae for load transposition are given. Programs for constructional analysis and optimal construction design for the thrust bearing support have been worked out. An optimal solution for the bearing support of the 125 000 kW hydro-generator set installed in Gezhouba Water Power Station has been obtained on a Honeywell DPS8 computer. The calculated results are in agreement with those by test.
