含蚕豆核酮糖1,5-二磷酸羧酶化/加氧酶大亚基基因的重组质粒物理图谱的构建
Physical Map of Recombinant Piasmid Containing the Gene for the Large Subunit of Ribulose 1,5 bisphose Phate Carboxylase/Oxygenase from Broad Bean Chloro Plast DNA
【摘要】 pVFB33为含蚕豆叶绿体核酮糖1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶大亚基基因的克隆.本实验采用碱变性法,提取、分离和纯化了pVFB33质粒DNA,并利用几种限制性内切酶酶解,构建了pVFB33质粒DNA的物理图谱,同时,对实验结果进行了分析讨论.
【Abstract】 PVFB33 contains the gene for the large subunit of ribuloss-1.5-bis-phosphate carboxylase/oxygenase from broad bean cbloroplast DNA. PVFB33 plasmid DNA is isolated and purified by alkali denaturation method. A physical map of the recombinant plasmid is constucted by cleavage with several restriction endonucleases. The results are discussed.
