【摘要】 频域心电图(FCG)是诊断冠心病的一项新的无创伤性方法。为了评价FCG 对冠心病早期诊断的价值,本文报告了92例冠心病和可疑冠心病患者的心电图、频域心电图与心脏γ照相作对照的结果。92例受试者中,71例为男性,21例为女性,平均年龄49岁。实验结果表明:与心脏γ照相结果比较,FCG 对冠心病诊断的总体符合率和阳性符合率分别比ECG 高20.65%和25.34%。两者有非常显著的差别。FCG 的变化与ECG 的异常程度是密切相关的,随着不同类型的ECG 异常改变FCG 指标的改变也有其自身的规律和特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 FCG is a new noninvasive method of CAD diagnosis.In order toevaluate the clinical value of FCG to early diagnosis of CAD,a com-mparison of FCG with ECG among 92 cases of CAD or dubious CAD (71males and 21 females with average age of 49) was made on the basisof radionuclide angiocardiography.The results showed that the over-all coincident rate and positive rate of FCG were 20.65% and 25.34%higher than those of ECG,respectively.The difference in the rates be-tween the two methods was very statistically significant.更多还原
