【摘要】 本文采用我国修订的卡氏十六种人格因素问卷(16PF)对我国飞行员、大学生和工程兵共300人进行了个性心理研究。结果表明,飞行员较大学生和工程兵有情绪稳定,高自律性、低忧虑性、低紧张性、适应性好和心理健康水平高等个性特点。同时还发现飞行成绩、飞行专业与某些个性因素有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Personality investigation using Cattell’s sixteen personality factorsquestionnaries (revised) was conducted in aircrew,college studentsand engineers solders (totally 300).The results showed thatthepilots presented higher stability and self-control,lower apprehension and nervousness,better ad ptation and psychological health thanthose of the college students and engineers solders.It was alsofound that flightcareer and flight success were closely related tocertain personality factors.更多还原
