超声波降血脂驱动脉粥样硬化作用的实验病理临床研究

【摘要】 <正> 我们最近应用自行复制的纯种大耳白兔动脉弱样硬化模型实验证明,实验终期血清胆固醇含量,超声效应组较正常对照组降低40.6%(P<0.05),超声治疗组较自然消退组降低48.9%(P<0.002)。57例高脂血症患者经3周超声照射后,与治疗前比较,血清胆固醇含量降低12.3%(P<0.01),血清甘油三酯降低20%(P<0.01)。这些结果表明,超声波具有明显降血脂作用。

【Abstract】 This article studied on the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic wave on the experimental arteriosclerosis model and hyperlipemia, arrhythmia and hyperten- sion patients.The results showed that after 21~63 days irradiation, the cholesterol and triglyceride level, volume density of forcal lesions in coronary artery and aorta, and blood pressure, were very obviously lower than the control groups; effective rate of arrhythmia is 56.6%. It was found that therareutic effect of ultrasonic waves on the elimination arterosclerosis, depression of blood lipids and improvement of artery elasticity is exhibited significantly.
