【Abstract】 The diaphragma in rat was fixed with formaldehyde-osmic acid following intraperitoneal injection of blood from rabbit, The mesothelial cells lining the peritoneal surface of the diaphragma were observed by SEM. The results shoued that the cells changed morphologically. The pores on the surfaces of the large part of the cells have not been observed. There are pores on the surfaces of the small part of the cells. Red cells partly or entirely were engulfed by the mesothelial cells.更多还原
