【摘要】 为了建立各种组织中Gal-6S的正常值,本文测定了正常样品115份。同时也测定了病人样品19例和14例携带者样品。在所有病人和携带者样品中,Gal-6S的活性均同用同位素方法测定的Gal NAc-6S活性进行了比较。

【Abstract】 A total of 115 samples was tested to get control values for activity of galactose-6-sulphate sulphatase.19 samples from patients and 14 from carriers were also tested and compared to Gal NAc-6S activities.
