【摘要】 本文应用HAG封闭小鼠MPS吞噬功能,用碳廓清实验和组织免疫荧光染色筛选了增强单核-巨噬细胞系统吞噬功能的药物。结果证明,654-2、阿斯匹林、小剂量氢化可的松可增强MPS吞噬功能,减少IC在肾脏的沉积。而大刺量的氢化可的松能抑制MPS的吞噬功能并增加HAG在肾脏的沉积。更多还原

【Abstract】 The drugs that can strengthen phagocyte function of MPS was selected by applying HAG inhibiting phagocyte function of MPS,using the test of clearance of carbon and immunofluorescence staining.The results showed that 654-2, aspirin and minor dose of hydrocortisone can strengthen phagocyte function of MPS and lessen glomerular desposition of IC.Larger dose of hydrocortison can inhibite phagocyte function of MPS and increase glomerular desposition of IC.更多还原
