几种酸性胶液与蛋白水解酶在人工龋形成中的作用
The Effect of Several Acids and Proteolytic Enzymes on the Production of Artificial Caries
【摘要】 作者用自然牙菌斑内存在的几种有机酸制成胶液,观察它们在形成人牙釉质人工龋中的破坏作用。结果表明:甲酸胶液的破坏作用大于乙酸、乳酸或混合酸胶液;木瓜酶、胶原酶和胰蛋白酶对这个破坏过程未显示明显的组织学变化的影响。
【Abstract】 Human tooth slabs were used to ob-serve the effect of several kinds of or-ganic acids and proteolytic enzymes on theproduction of artificial caries of enamel.Acidic gels were made by formic, aceticand lactic acids separately or in mixedform. The experiments were done in aperiod of 10 days. After this the speci-mens were prepared in ground sectionsand observed under optic microscope. Thedepth of the artificial lesions was measuredby a micrometric scale in the eye lens ofthe microscope. The enzymes used for investigationwere papain, trypsin and collagenase. Thesurfaces of the tooth were treated withfresh enzyme solutions every day and thenwith mixed acid gels. This was donealternately every day in a period of tendays. The results showed that lesions producedby formic acid gel were deeper than thoseproduced by other acids or mixed acidgels.No effect was observed on the depthof the lesion by enzymatic treatments.
