胆红素钙结石兔模型β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的变化
The Changes of β-Glucuronidase in Rabbit Model with Calcium Bilirubinate Stone
【摘要】 通过胆红素钙结石病兔模型,用生物化学和酶组织化学的方法,动态、系统地观察兔肝胆组织和胆汁中细菌性和组织源性β-葡萄糖醛酸酶在色素石成石过程中的变化,证实内、外源性β-葡萄糖醛酸酶均可参加成石过程。外源性β-葡萄糖醛酸酶在成石前期迅速升高,以后随胆道感染被控制而下降。内源性β-葡萄糖醛酸酶在成石初期逐渐升高,以后长期维持在较高水平,在成石初期和生长期的作用不容忽视。作者还讨论了β-葡萄糖醛酸酶在成石中的作用。
【Abstract】 The aim of the present study is todetermine the β-glucuronidase changes inbile and hepatobiliary tissue of rabbitmodel having pigment gallstone by meansof biochemical and enzymehistochemicalassay methods. The result showed bothof the bacterial and non--bacterial β-glu-curonidase take part in the course ot pig-ment gallstone formation.The bacterial β-glucuronidase level increased quickiy beforethe formation of gallstone, then decreasedwith control of bacterial infection. Non-bacterial β--glucuronidase increased slowlyin pro--formation stage of gallstone, thenkept high level for long period of time.The relationship between β--glucuronidaseand pigment gallstone formation is alsodiscussed.
