【摘要】 作者对小鼠用转笼法和对大鼠用睡眠多导图描记法,研究夜交藤煎液的镇静催眠作用及对睡眠时相的影响。结果表明:转笼法,夜交藤(9g/kg)与戊巴妥钠阈下催眠剂量(20mg/kg)合用有明显的协同镇静催眠作用;睡眠多导图描记法,夜交藤(20g/kg)和安定(5mg/kg)服药一次的即时睡眠作用基本相似,即总睡眠时延长,主要是慢波睡眠时相延长,异相睡眠时期缩短.夜交藤每日二次藻胃,连续3天,催眠作用更明显,并出现明显的慢波睡眠潜伏期缩短。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sedative--hypnotic effect of CaulisPolygoni multiflori decoction (CPMD) wasstudied by the rolling cylinder method inmice and by the somnopolygraphic record-ing method in rats. The result from therolling method In mice showed that CPMD(9g/kg) did heve synergic action with thesubthreshold hypnotic dose of sodiumpentobarbital (20mg/kg). The result fromthe somnopolygraphic recording experi-ment showed that the immediate hypnoticeffect of an effective dose of CPMD (20g/kg) was basically similar to that of diaze-pam (5mg/kg) used under the same ex-perimental condition, chiefly an increasein the duration of slow wave sleep phase(SWS) and a decrease in the duration ofparadoxical sleep phase (PS). By the endof a three--day session in dose of twice aday the hypnotic effect appeared moreprominent and the reduction of SWSlatency became significant.更多还原
