家兔臂旁内侧核在“人中”穴呼吸效应中的作用研究
Investigation on Role of Nucleus Parabrachialis Medialis in "Renzhong" Induced Respiratory Response in Rabbits
【摘要】 作者在电解和化学毁损家兔臂旁内侧核(NPBM)前、后,分别及同时电刺激“人中”穴,观察NPBM对膈神经放电(PND)活动的影响。结果:毁损前电刺激“人中”穴在NPBM内记录到诱发电位(EP),刺激EP记录点能引起PND的兴奋效应,并能改变单独刺激人中穴的PND效应;毁损后刺激毁损点不表现NPBM的PND效应。由此表明,在整体情况下NPBM可能参与了“人中”穴的呼吸效应。
【Abstract】 Experiments were performed on 27 rab-bits, bivagotomized, gallamine triethiodideimmobilized and artificially ventilated. Theeffects of electric stimulation of"Renzhong"(Du26) arca, NPBM separately, and "Ren-zhong" arca and nucleus parabrachialis me-dialis (NPBM) simultaneously, on phrenicnerve discharge were observed before andafter clectrolytic and chemical lesion ofNPBM. Evoked potential (EP) could be re-corded in NPBM during the electric stimu-lation "Renzhong" area. Electric stimulationof the same site of NPBM where the EP wasrecorded could induce respiratory responseand change the effect of electric stimulationof "Renzhong" area on respiration.But afterelectrolytic and chemical lesion of NPBM.stimulation of NPBM could no longerinduce the respiratory response mentionedabove and could not change the"Renzhong"effect on respiration either. These resultssugsest that NPBM might tate part in respira-tory effects of"Renzhong" area stimulation.but is not essential to it.
