以自制核孔滤膜净化超纯试剂
Application of self-made nuclear track microfilters to clarification of ultrapure chemical reagents
【摘要】 在十一种化学试剂和水中对自制的聚碳酸酯核孔滤膜的化学稳定性和过滤性能进行了研究。用孔径为0.91μm(膜直径为142mm)的核孔滤膜对三种化学试剂进行了中间试验,试剂净化后颗粒的含量、滤速及杂质的含量均符合要求。
【Abstract】 The chemical resistance and filtrating proper-ties of self-made nuclear track microfilters ineleven kinds of chemical reagents and water havebeen studied.The results show that the microfilterscan be used to clarify these reagents and water.Pilot study of three kinds of chemical reagentshave been carried out.After clarification usingthe microfilters with pore size of 0.9μm thesereagents come up to BVI and MOS standards ofultrapure chemical reagents respectively.
